Responsibilities

  • Design and improve software testing processes to enhance quality assurance outcomes.
  • Execute exploratory testing to identify hidden defects.
  • Analyze test results and communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate meetings to review testing progress and quality metrics.
  • Collaborate with product managers to prioritize testing efforts based on project timelines.
  • Participate in continuous learning and improvement initiatives within the QA team.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
  • Postgraduate qualifications are advantageous
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in quality assurance
