Job Description

We are seeking skilled Sheet Metal Workers to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal products, ensuring precision and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the design team to turn prototypes into production-ready products.
• Operate CNC machines for precise metal cutting and shaping.
• Identify and resolve production issues efficiently.
• Monitor stock levels of materials and tools.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress and solutions.

Requirements

Education

• Trade Certificate in Metal Fabrication or equivalent

Experience

• A minimum of 3 years in a similar role

Technical Skills

• Sheet Metal Design
• Machinery Operation

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Safety Certification in Metalworking
• Welding Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing Practices: Understanding of methodologies to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD): Ability to use CAD software for precision and design efficiency.
