As an Educational Consultant based in Cape Town, you will be pivotal in guiding educational institutions towards enhancing their teaching methodologies and learning environments. This role involves collaborating with educators to implement innovative educational strategies and improve student outcomes. The ideal candidate must possess a passion for education and a deep understanding of the South African educational landscape.

Responsibilities

• Lead assessments to evaluate educational needs and gaps.
• Create resources and tools to assist educators in improving classroom practices.
• Advise on policy development and implementation in schools.
• Cultivate relationships with local and national educational bodies.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and community involvement in education initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
• Master's degree in Educational Leadership is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role
