The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting financial analyses, forecasting and advising on financial decisions that drive business growth. This role involves interpreting financial data, preparing reports, and collaborating with various teams to ensure sound financial practices.

Responsibilities

• Interpret data sets to inform strategic planning.
• Present financial performance data and analysis to senior management.
• Collaborate with financial teams to develop comprehensive annual budgets.
• Monitor financial results versus budget and highlight variances.
• Support the development of pricing strategies based on financial analysis.
• Assist in audit processes and prepare financial statements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
• MBA or equivalent is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in financial analysis

Technical Skills

• Advanced Financial Analysis
• ERP Software Knowledge

Certifications

• CMA Certification is a plus

Languages

• English: Fluent
