• Plan and execute civil engineering projects from start to finish.
• Ensure all designs adhere to safety standards and regulations.
• Engage with local authorities and stakeholders for project approvals.
• Analyze survey reports and environmental impact assessments.
• Optimize use of resources for project efficiency.
• Lead and mentor engineering teams, fostering growth and development.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Professional registration is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in civil engineering

Technical Skills

• Civil3D
• Microsoft Project

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma certification
• Certified Construction Manager (CCM)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with project budgeting and cost estimation: Experience in managing budgets and estimating project costs accurately.
• Experience with building information modeling (BIM): Knowledge of BIM for enhancing project collaborations and efficiency.
