Job Description

As a QA Automation Lead, you will play a pivotal role in our software development lifecycle, ensuring quality throughout all stages. You will lead automation initiatives, mentor junior QA engineers, and work closely with other teams to implement best practices.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage automation testing tools, such as Selenium or Cypress.
• Track and report on automation test metrics to measure quality improvements.
• Automate regression tests to fit into continuous integration pipelines.
• Lead troubleshooting sessions for complex automation challenges.
• Provide feedback to development teams on potential quality issues.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and actively contribute to sprint planning.
• Research new automation technologies and tools to improve team efficiency.

Advantageous

• Knowledge of Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD): Experience in applying BDD methodologies within QA processes.
