Job Description

As a Mixing and Blending Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining sand milling machines to ensure optimal production output. Your role will include monitoring machine performance, conducting quality control checks, and collaborating with team members to meet production targets.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust sand milling machines for optimal performance.
• Keep detailed records of production data and quality inspections.
• Troubleshoot and fix minor mechanical problems on the machines.
• Ensure all safety devices are operational before starting production.
• Work closely with maintenance staff to schedule and execute machine repairs.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives on production processes.
• Contribute to a team-oriented environment emphasizing safety and quality.
• Keep the work area clean and organized to promote a safety-first culture.

Requirements

Education

• Technical training in machine operation or related field
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is advantageous

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
