Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional aesthetic treatments to all clients.
• Ensure comfort and safety during procedures.
• Keep accurate records of client treatments and preferences.
• Innovate new treatment protocols to improve client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery.
• Attend training and workshops to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma or certificate in Aesthetician services or beauty therapy
• Additional certifications in skincare treatments are a plus

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a spa or salon setting

Technical Skills

• Skincare treatments
• Client consultation

Soft Skills

• Customer service
• Time management

Certifications

• CIDESCO or ITEC certification
• First Aid certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with laser treatments: Familiarity with various laser treatments and technologies.
• Sales experience in beauty products: A track record of meeting sales targets for beauty products.
