As a Pet Groomer in Johannesburg, you will be responsible for the grooming and care of various breeds of dogs and cats. Your role will involve bathing, trimming, and styling pets according to their breed standards while ensuring a stress-free experience. Responsibilities

• Groom pets including bathing, drying, and styling based on breed standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of grooming area.
• Communicate with pet owners on grooming services and advice.
• Monitor pet behavior to ensure a safe and comfortable experience.
• Handle a variety of dog and cat breeds with care.
• Perform nail trimming and ear cleaning as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with grooming techniques and trends.
• Assist with customer service and scheduling appointments.
• Provide a calming environment for pets during grooming sessions.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Grooming certification is advantageous

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in pet grooming is preferred
