Responsibilities

  • Direct the daily operations of the healthcare administration department.
  • Ensure all staff are trained and compliant with healthcare policies.
  • Supervise patient flow and improve the patient experience.
  • Manage financial tasks, including budgeting and resource allocation.
  • Promote effective communication within the healthcare team.
  • Review and update administrative procedures to enhance efficiency.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with legal standards.
  • Support strategic initiatives that enhance healthcare delivery.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or Administration
  • Master’s degree in a related field is an advantage

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in healthcare management
