Job Description

As an IT Support Technician based in Bloemfontein, you'll be the go-to person for troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues within our organization. Your expertise will be invaluable in maintaining the IT infrastructure, providing support to end-users, and ensuring optimal performance of all systems in place.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to user inquiries and provide effective solutions.
  • Install and upgrade computer systems and software.
  • Conduct regular system checks and backups.

  • Assist with network troubleshooting and configuration.
  • Participate in IT projects and contribute to team efforts.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Certifications in IT support (e.g., ITIL) are preferable
Experience
  • 3+ years experience in a help desk or support role
