Job Description

As a Registered Nurse at Healthcare Solutions Inc. in Durban, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients. Your responsibilities will include clinical assessment, care planning, and working closely with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments for patients upon admission.
• Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, and care procedures.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field
• Registered Nurse licence in South Africa

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in nursing, with preferred experience in a hospital setting.
