Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Administrator to oversee various administrative functions of our healthcare facilities in Johannesburg. You will be instrumental in enhancing the efficiency and quality of healthcare delivery, managing healthcare records, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare policies, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for improving patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular audits of healthcare processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage healthcare technology systems and oversee their integration.
  • Prepare reports on facility performance metrics for management review.
  • Support community health initiatives and public outreach programs.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Mentor and guide junior administrative staff.
  • Promote a culture of patient-centric care and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Healthcare
  • Master's degree in Public Health is a plus
