We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about improving patient outcomes. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive care to patients, focusing on preventative health and wellness.

Responsibilities

• Manage chronic illnesses and develop management plans.
• Advocate for patient needs and navigate healthcare services.
• Supervise other nursing staff as needed.
• Lead health education workshops in the community.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.
• Provide telehealth services as required.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Postgraduate qualification in Advanced Nursing practice is advantageous

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a clinical setting

Certifications

• Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Xhosa: Conversational

Advantageous

• Knowledge of community health resources: Awareness of local health resources available for patients.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS): Current BLS certification preferred.
