Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Agent to join our vibrant team in Cape Town. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries and providing top-notch support. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a knack for resolving issues in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of customer inquiries with professionalism.
  • Educate customers about our products and services.
  • Work closely with other departments to resolve issues quickly.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction levels and provide feedback.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss challenges and successes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric or equivalent
  • Degree in Communications or related field is an advantage
Experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer support.

Languages
  • English: Fluent
