Job Description

As a Bookkeeper at Financial Solutions Ltd., you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining financial integrity by processing transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing tax documentation. This position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks with high accuracy.
• Help prepare regular financial reports including profit-loss statements.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations monthly.
• Liaise with clients to address queries related to their accounts.
• Ensure timely recording of all financial data.
• Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
• Contribute to the improvement of accounting processes.
• Provide financial insights to support decision-making.
• Prepare and file necessary tax documentation on time.
• Offer assistance in cash flow management.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field is a plus

• 3 years of experience in a similar role
