We are seeking an accomplished Financial Planner to join our Johannesburg team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in investment strategies, risk management, and client relationship building. You will be responsible for developing tailored financial plans that align with our clients' long-term objectives.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their financial objectives.
• Formulate personalized financial strategies and investment plans.
• Review existing financial portfolios and recommend changes as needed.
• Guide clients through investment choices, insurance options, and retirement planning.
• Ensure adherence to compliance regulations and ethical standards.
• Provide ongoing support and advice as clients’ financial situations evolve.
• Document client interactions and maintain comprehensive records.
• Network and engage in community outreach to identify potential clients.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• CFP or equivalent certification is highly desirable

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry

Technical Skills

• Risk Management

• Negotiation

Certifications

• Financial Risk Manager (FRM) is a plus
• Chartered Investment Manager (CIM)

• English: Fluent
