Responsibilities

• Prepare design documentation and presentations for management review.
• Work closely with the production team to manage timelines and budgets.
• Foster relationships with textile suppliers and manufacturers.
• Monitor industry trends and adapt designs accordingly.
• Mentor junior designers and interns as part of our team development program.

Requirements

Education

• Fashion Design or related qualification

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a fashion design role, preferably within a retail setting.
