Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating various dental issues, educating patients on oral health practices, and performing routine and complex dental procedures. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a dedication to patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive dental examinations for patients.
  • Administer local anesthesia as necessary for dental procedures.
  • Manage patient anxiety through effective communication and reassurance.
  • Assess treatment efficiency and monitor progress of dental procedures.
  • Implement infection control protocols to ensure patient safety.
  • Participate in community outreach programs and educational events.
  • Handle administrative duties such as appointment scheduling and patient follow-up.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Dentistry
  • Additional dental certifications are beneficial
Experience
  • 4+ years of private practice experience preferred
