Responsibilities

• Oversee chemical process design from conception to implementation.
• Collaborate on multidisciplinary projects with engineering teams.
• Utilize simulation software for process optimization.
• Ensure high-quality standards are maintained throughout production.
• Identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
• Support troubleshooting during scale-up from pilot to production.
• Develop process flow diagrams and P&ID documentation.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering
• Master's degree in a related field is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a chemical manufacturing environment

Technical Skills

• Chemical Process Simulation
• Regulatory Compliance Knowledge

Certifications

• Certified Safety Professional (CSP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Previous experience in project management: Experience leading projects from conception to execution.
