Job Description

We are seeking a Wind Energy Operations Manager to oversee the installation and maintenance of wind turbines on site. The ideal candidate must have substantial experience in the renewable energy sector and possess strong leadership capabilities to manage a team effectively.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the ongoing maintenance of wind energy systems.
• Lead a dedicated team to maximize energy production.
• Ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations.
• Prepare and manage budgets for maintenance and repair work.
• Facilitate training and development for team members.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
• Implement environmental sustainability practices across operations.
• Act as a point of contact for client queries and concerns.
• Utilize project management software to oversee timelines and resources.
• Coordinate with external contractors and suppliers.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Renewable Energy or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience managing teams in renewable energy projects.

Technical Skills

• Understanding of health and safety regulations
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Certifications

• Certification in Renewable Energy Systems
• First Aid Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
