As a Meat, Poultry, and Fish Cutter or Trimmer, your role will involve preparing and processing high-quality meat and fish products. You will work closely with our production team to ensure that all products meet health and safety standards.
Responsibilities
Execute various cutting techniques to prepare meat, poultry, and fish products.
Ensure that all cuts meet the required specification and standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cutting area at all times.
Assist in the training of new staff in cutting and trimming techniques.
Adhere strictly to food safety guidelines and protocols.
Support the production team in achieving daily processing goals.
Requirements
Education
Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent
Certificate in Butchery or Food Technology preferred
Experience
2+ years of experience in meat cutting and packaging
