Job Description

As an IT Support Technician, you will provide on-site support for our team in Port Elizabeth. Your role will include resolving technical problems, maintaining IT equipment, and assisting in system upgrades, ensuring our technology environment is efficient and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Log and track all service requests through the help desk system.
• Test and evaluate new technologies to improve efficiency.
• Assist with software installations and updates.
• Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement enhancements in processes.
• Keep inventory of IT equipment and supplies.
• Participate in continuous training and development to keep skills current.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Relevant certifications in IT support are a plus

• 1+ years of experience in a similar role or IT internship
