Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate strong relationships with patients to ensure emotional wellbeing.

  • Participate in clinical audits and quality assurance programs.
  • Implement infection control measures as mandated.
  • Collaborate with allied health professionals for comprehensive care.
  • Mentor junior nurses and assist in their professional development.
  • Respond to changes in patient conditions with urgency and skill.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
  • Certification in Critical Care Nursing is a plus
Experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in a hospital environment preferred
