Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough physical examinations and medical assessments.
• Diagnose and treat a range of illnesses and injuries.
• Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Advise patients on preventive healthcare and lifestyle changes.
• Stay updated on best practices and emerging healthcare trends.
• Manage referrals to specialists as necessary.
• Participate in health promotion and disease prevention programs.
• Educate patients about medications and potential side effects.
• Provide emotional support and counseling to patients as required.

Requirements

Education

• MBChB or equivalent medical qualification
• Postgraduate qualifications in a relevant field are advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in family medicine or general practice
