• Analyze production processes and recommend improvements.
• Uphold high standards of quality and efficiency within the manufacturing team.
• Provide continuous coaching and feedback to team members.
• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to address any production issues.

Requirements

Education

• Technical degree in Manufacturing or Engineering
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing operations
