Responsibilities

  • Assess animal health through examinations and diagnostic tests.
  • Administer medications and vaccinations as needed.
  • Engage with pet owners to discuss care plans.
  • Provide post-operative care and instructions.
  • Work with local shelters to promote animal welfare.
  • Supervise and mentor junior veterinary staff.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Keep abreast of advancements in veterinary medicine.
  • Implement preventive health measures for pets.
  • Manage emergency cases as they arise.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Science
  • DVM (Doctor of Veterinary Medicine) preferred

  • 3+ years of experience in veterinary medicine
