Responsibilities

• Document design specifications for reports and data analysis.

• Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of data analytics methods and refine as necessary.
• Communicate complex analytical concepts and the results to non-technical stakeholders.
• Conduct workshops to educate staff on data interpretation and usage.
• Ensure compliance with data governance and data protection standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
• Master's preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in data analytics
