Responsibilities

• Utilize advanced balancing technology and tools to enhance accuracy.
• Work alongside engineers to discuss component design optimizations.
• Document all measurements and inspections in compliance with regulations.
• Ensure all work is conducted in line with company safety procedures.
• Help implement best practices for balancing processes.
• Assist in troubleshooting mechanical failures related to balance issues.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress and improvements.
• Assist in maintaining equipment and ensure all tools are calibrated.
• Provide constructive feedback to improve internal processes and efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Technical diploma in mechanical engineering or related field

Experience

• Prior experience with precision balancing machines and vibration analysis software

Technical Skills

• Quality Control Tools

Certifications

• Advanced certification in balancing and truing techniques

Languages
