We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to help manage our financial performance by conducting in-depth analysis and preparing budgets and forecasts. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports.
• Collaborate with accounting team to ensure accuracy of financial data.
• Evaluate financial performance metrics and develop performance reports.
• Support the finance manager in preparing financial analyses.
• Educate team members about financial literacy and effective financial practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Economics
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in financial forecasting and analysis

Certifications

• CPA (Certified Public Accountant)
