• Direct all hotel operational aspects, including guest services and hotel management.
• Ensure all departments are working efficiently and meeting service standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and services to maintain quality.
• Build relationships with guests to encourage return visits.
• Organize promotional events and special programs.
• Track and report on hotel performance metrics to management.
• Develop crisis management plans and protocols.
• Oversee maintenance and facility management for optimal guest experiences.
• Ensure adherence to budgetary restrictions.

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage
• Customer Service Excellence Proven ability to provide outstanding customer service and manage guest relationships.
• Financial Management Skilled in budget preparation and financial analysis.
• Leadership Strong leadership skills to inspire and manage a diverse team.
• Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving Ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions swiftly.
• Certified Hospitality Supervisor (CHS)
• Hospitality Management Certification
• English (Fluent)
• Afrikaans (Conversational)
