Job Description

We are seeking a Supply Chain Optimization Engineer to join our team in Durban. The role involves analyzing supply chain processes, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing innovative solutions to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects aimed at process improvement and cost reduction within the supply chain.
• Collaborate with IT teams to enhance software tools used in supply chain management.
• Provide analytical input for supply chain design and modeling initiatives.
• Identify risks within the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or equivalent
• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain optimization and logistics
