You will play a crucial role in developing manuals, guides, and online help systems, ensuring that our end-users understand our products and services.

Responsibilities

• Generate comprehensive technical documentation for software and hardware products.
• Engage in regular meetings with development teams to stay updated on product changes.
• Conduct interviews with subject matter experts to gather content and insights.
• Ensure documentation meets regulatory and compliance standards where applicable.
• Maintain an internal wiki or online knowledge base for easy access to documentation.
• Assist in training staff on documentation standards and tools.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication or a similar field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in technical writing or related roles
