• Support the pharmacist in patient consultations and medication reviews.
• Manage inventory, including placing orders and receiving supplies.
• Prepare and compound medications as directed by the pharmacist.
• Document medication dispensing as per legal requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance patient experience.
• Assist in health promotion activities as required.
• Participate in quality assurance activities and audits.
• Conduct medication therapy management sessions.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for optimal patient care.

Requirements

Education

• Pharmacy Technician Certification
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or related field is an advantage

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in pharmacy practice is advantageous

Technical Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Conversational
