Responsibilities

• Support cardiac surgeons by coordinating the operation of extracorporeal machines.
• Adjust machine parameters based on real-time patient data.
• Implement safety protocols to mitigate any risks during procedures.
• Document care processes and machine performance for quality assurance.
• Engage in post-procedure debriefs to enhance team collaboration and performance.
• Research and recommend improvements in procedures or equipment as necessary.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related field.
• Master's degree is an advantage.

Experience

• 3+ years of clinical experience in cardiac surgery settings.
