Job Description

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver engaging learning experiences tailored to employee needs.
• Utilize e-learning tools and software to enhance learning opportunities.
• Work alongside HR in performance management initiatives to support employee development.
• Introduce metrics of success to measure the impact of training and development activities.
• Support and mentor staff in their personal development journeys.
• Collaborate with external training providers when necessary to broaden training offerings.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organization.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years experience in training and development

Technical Skills

• Training Program Development
• E-learning Platforms

Certifications

• Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP)
• Training and Development Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational

Advantageous

• Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS): Experience in managing and using LMS platforms for effective delivery of training programs.
• Experience with assessment tools: Familiarity with methods to assess training effectiveness and skills improvement.
