Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our Cape Town office. In this role, you'll support various HR functions, helping to enhance our company culture and employee engagement. You'll be responsible for recruiting top talent, managing employee relations, and developing effective HR policies.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment efforts and new hire orientation.
  • Administer benefits and payroll systems efficiently.
  • Develop training and onboarding materials and programs.
  • Act as a liaison between employees and management to ensure smooth communication.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to support continuous learning.
  • Participate in HR strategy development and execution.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Human Resources or related field
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in HR or related field
