Job Description

As a Data Scientist, you'll be tasked with turning complex data into actionable insights. You'll be working closely with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven solutions that enhance our business strategies. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in statistics and programming, along with the ability to communicate technical findings to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Translate business challenges into data-driven solutions through careful analysis.
• Leverage machine learning and AI tools to improve data forecasting accuracy.
• Build dashboards and reports that help track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Integrate disparate data sources to create a comprehensive analytics framework.
• Facilitate training sessions for staff on data literacy and analytics tools.
• Participate in research and development of new methodologies for data analysis.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 4+ years in data analysis or data science roles
