Responsibilities

• Respond to help desk tickets and support requests in a timely manner.
• Provide solutions for software installation errors.
• Assist in troubleshooting network issues under the guidance of senior staff.
• Document and maintain records of issues resolved.
• Participate in team meetings to improve IT services.
• Provide assistance for hardware refresh projects.
• Monitor network operations to ensure optimal performance.
• Help maintain data integrity and security protocols.
• Assist in developing FAQs and support documentation.
• Engage with external vendors for equipment and software support.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of relevant IT support experience required
