We are seeking a detail-oriented Investment Banker to join our firm in Sandton. The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis and investment strategies to help our clients achieve their financial goals. You will work directly with a diverse portfolio of clients, providing guidance on investment opportunities and contributing to high-stakes transactions.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with clients by providing tailored investment solutions.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on market analysis and investment opportunities.
• Identify and analyze potential acquisition targets.
• Mentor junior bankers, providing guidance and support in their development.
• Manage the execution of client transactions and ensure timely delivery.
• Participate in investment committee meetings to discuss potential deals.
• Engage with legal and compliance teams to ensure all documentation is in order.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics
• Master's degree in Business Administration is advantageous

Experience

• 5-7 years of experience in investment banking or corporate finance
