• Collaborate with IT to enhance financial reporting systems.
• Conduct training sessions for teams on financial best practices.
• Assist in financial audits and regulatory compliance efforts.
• Develop dashboards for real-time financial analysis.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and reports as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree in Finance or Economics is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of direct experience in financial analysis roles
