Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality aesthetic treatments tailored to client needs.
• Provide consultations and recommendations on skincare.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Support spa operations and administrative tasks.
• Encourage client feedback for service improvement.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
• Cultivate positive client relationships and loyalty.
• Engage in product knowledge training to enhance sales.
• Assist with scheduling and managing appointment conflicts.

Requirements

Education

• Beauty Therapy qualification
• Advanced diploma in skincare treatments is desirable.

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in an aesthetic or spa setting

• Chemical Peels
• Laser Treatments

• Customer service orientation

Certifications

• Beauty Therapy Diploma
• Advanced Skin Care Specialist certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with holistic treatments: Background in holistic skin care treatments and wellness.
• Management experience in a spa setting: Previous experience managing a small team in a spa.
