Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Sales Executive to drive growth in our Cape Town office. This role requires a proactive individual with a passion for sales and relationship building. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing new business and maintaining existing accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales efforts to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Identify potential customers and develop relationships with decision-makers.
  • Conduct sales forecasting and report on sales performance metrics.
  • Engage with clients to tailor solutions that meet their needs.
  • Utilize CRM software to track sales processes and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance overall sales strategy.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Deliver regular updates to the management team on sales progress.
  • Assist in the development of sales training programs for new team members.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Marketing or Business is highly preferred
  • Sales certifications will be an advantage
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, especially in B2B environments
