Job Description

As a Customer Insights Analyst, you will be pivotal in guiding our strategic direction through meticulous market research and data analysis. Your role involves gathering, interpreting, and reporting on customer insights to facilitate data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Design and oversee market research studies to understand customer needs.
  • Synthesize data into clear and concise reports for leadership review.
  • Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to communicate findings and insights.
  • Manage vendor relationships for outsourced research projects.
  • Contribute to the strategic planning process through insight-driven recommendations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, or related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in customer insights or market analytics
