Job Description

As an E-commerce Manager, you will oversee our online retail operations in Durban. This role involves strategizing and executing marketing plans to enhance our online presence and customer engagement. The ideal candidate should be data-driven, tech-savvy, and have a strong grasp of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Formulate strategies to enhance the online shopping experience.
• Lead projects to improve website functionality and efficiency.
• Spearhead customer engagement initiatives to enhance loyalty.
• Create and manage budgets for digital marketing campaigns.
• Measure and report performance metrics for ongoing optimization.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to enhance overall performance.
• Evaluate vendor partnerships for effectiveness and value.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business or any related field.
• MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification would be an advantage.

Experience

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in e-commerce or digital marketing role.

• Email Marketing Software (MailChimp, Klaviyo)
