As an E-commerce Manager, you will oversee our online retail operations in Durban. This role involves strategizing and executing marketing plans to enhance our online presence and customer engagement. The ideal candidate should be data-driven, tech-savvy, and have a strong grasp of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the e-commerce platform and user experience.
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and conversions.
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to enhance product offerings.
• Collaborate with product and logistics teams to ensure efficient operations.
• Oversee the management of product listings and promotions.
• Utilize SEO and SEM strategies to improve online visibility.
• Monitor and report on KPIs and ROI for online campaigns.
• Stay updated with e-commerce trends and technologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business or any related field.
• MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification would be an advantage.

Experience

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in e-commerce or digital marketing role.
