Job Description

The Cutting and Slicing Machine Operator will ensure the smooth operation of the sugar chipping machine in our manufacturing plant. This role focuses on chipping sugar into precise sizes for various food products while adhering to safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Setup, operate, and shut down the sugar chipping machine as per specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area and ensure compliance with sanitation standards.
• Conduct quality checks on sugar products at various stages of production.
• Collaborate with the production team to enhance efficiency in operations.
• Identify process improvements to enhance the quality of the end products.
• Manage inventory of raw materials and report shortages.
• Adhere to all safety and emergency protocols within the production facility.

Requirements

Education

• Technical Diploma in Food Technology or related field

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within the food production sector.
