Responsibilities

• Engage in design workshops and present design concepts to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure designs are aligned with brand guidelines and overall vision of the company.
• Utilize design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma for creating prototypes.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers within the team.
• Contribute to a positive team culture focused on collaboration and inclusivity.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in User Experience Design or similar discipline

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design

Technical Skills

• Sketch
• Responsive Design

Soft Skills

• Attention to Detail
• Time Management

Certifications

• Certified UX Designer (CXA)

Languages

• English: Fluent
