Job Description

We are actively seeking a talented and motivated Civil Engineer who can manage multiple projects from inception to completion. This role focuses on the design and oversight of infrastructure projects within the vibrant city of Durban. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a creative approach to problem-solving, and be able to work collaboratively with a team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and execution of civil engineering projects from start to finish.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders.
  • Analyze survey reports, maps, and other data to plan projects.
  • Prepare detailed plans, specifications, and project timelines.
  • Oversee construction activities and coordinate with contractors.
  • Review and process construction claims and changes.
  • Conduct feasibility studies for potential projects.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Civil Engineering is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of relevant civil engineering experience
