Responsibilities

• Design urban development frameworks that foster sustainable growth.
• Collaborate with government agencies on urban regulations.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with community stakeholders.
• Conduct feasibility studies for proposed urban projects.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of urban development plans.
• Develop spatial strategies that promote equitable access to city resources.
• Prepare grant applications for funding urban projects.
• Create visual presentations to communicate planning ideas effectively.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning or Environmental Studies
• Master's in Urban Planning or Public Policy is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of professional experience in urban planning

Certifications

• Certified Urban Planner (CUP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
