Job Description

As a Light Truck Driver (Baggageman), you will ensure that luggage and other belongings are transported safely and efficiently across the airport. You will work closely with airport staff to maintain high standards of customer service. This role is crucial in supporting the smooth and timely operation of baggage handling services.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently load and offload baggage from airport vehicles.
• Assist guests with their baggage and provide assistance as needed.
• Ensure that luggage storage areas remain tidy and presentable.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Operate luggage handling equipment in compliance with safety standards.
• Perform routine checks on transportation vehicles.
• Collaborate with fellow team members for seamless operations.
• Maintain accurate records of baggage transported.
• Observe all airport safety rules and protocols.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in logistics or customer service is a plus.

Technical Skills

• Valid Driver's License
